[Bug] Options revert to default between sessions

Windows XP Pro sp3 - TE 1.3

No matter what changes I make to TE's settings, they revert to default after a reboot.

For example; if I check the option to 'Run at Windows startup' and click the 'Apply' button, an entry for TE is made in the windows registry @ 'HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run'. After rebooting TE starts, but on examining the settings 'Run at Windows startup' has become unchecked and the registry entry removed. Consequently, TE will not run at Windows startup after the next reboot.

I have since discovered that the 'options.ini' file does not get written unless TE is exited by clicking on the large red 'X' icon.
This is the same for both the installed and zipped versions.
